Who
is Northern Exposure?
Based in Leeds, West Yorkshire we have been specializing
in football weekend break packages and team tours for
the past seven years. We work directly with many Premiership
clubs and hotels to put together the best possible and
most cost effective packages for football fans based
in and visiting the UK.
Can I buy tickets
only?
We only sell football packages that consist of a minimum
of a match ticket and at least one night's accommodation.
Can I buy Airline
tickets from Northern Exposure?
We sell land package arrangements as stated in the booking
information for each specific package. Check out our
links section for companies that offer air travel.
What time can
I check in my hotel room?
International check in time is 2pm on the day of arrival.
If you arrive before this time you may be able to check
in earlier. If not, the hotel can store your luggage
until your room is ready. If you arrive late, your room
will still be booked in your name so your reservation
is guaranteed.
Can I have a
triple occupancy room?
If you are three adults traveling this is not possible.
You would need to book a twin and a single room. If
you have a child (under 16 years) with you then we can
make arrangements for this. Please send an email with
your requirements to us through the 'contact us' page.
Is breakfast
included?
English or Continental breakfast will be available daily
at no extra charge.
What about extra
hotel costs?
Extra hotel costs such as room service or mini bar are
not included and must be paid for when you checkout.
How do I collect
my match tickets?
Your match tickets will be available to collect from
reception when you check in to your hotel. Match tickets
are not sent overseas. Alternatively, if you have a
UK address which you would like to us to send your tickets
to in advance of the game this may be arranged upon
request.
What seating
will I receive for the game?
We guarantee at least a minimum of two seats together.
For large groups we will endeavor to arrange seating
together, however in some circumstances this is not
always possible and therefore cannot be guaranteed.
Where will our
seats be inside the stadium?
All seating will be within the home supporters sections.
No visiting team colors will be permitted by the stadium
stewards in any of these areas. Failure to comply with
this rule could result in you being ejected from the
stadium.
What do I do
if I have a problem with my booking when at the hotel
or stadium?
Upon booking you will be supplied with an emergency
contact number to use if you have a problem. |
